A good steady session resulting in the highest total, so far this year, of 74. Almost a half of which were juveniles including 12 Chiffchaffs, 6 Blackcaps and a Reed warbler and a Marsh tit.
Also caught a 1J Sedge warbler but let go at the net. Also of interest was a Willow warbler caught in net 5 ringed as a 3J in July last year at Marsworth Reservoir.
