A lower than average catch for CES#8 (mean 43) but about par for this year.  A steady influx of various 3Js, with a Treecreeper being the bird-of-the-day.  Adam carefully released a bat from Ride 1 on the first round – species under investigation.  Lottis are proving elusive this year despite the passage of a number of flocks in recent sessions.
